یہاں پل پل جلنا پڑتا ہے
یہاں پل پل جلنا پڑتا ہے
ہر حال میں چلنا پڑتا ہے
ہر دل کو سمجھنے کی خاطر
بس خود سے لڑنا پرتا ہے
کبھی خود کو کھونا پڑتا ہے
کبھی چھپ کے رونا پڑتا ہے
کبھی نیند نہ آئے پھولوں پے
کانٹوں پے بھی سونا پڑتا ہے
کبھی مر کے جینا پڑتا ہے
کبھی جی کے مرنا پڑتا ہے
کبھی تو خوشیاں لوٹ کے آئیں گی
اس آس پے جینا پڑتا ہے

Yaha Pall Pall Jalna Perta Ha,
Her rang me dhalna perta ha!
Her Muor pa thoker lagti ha!
Her haal me chalna perta ha!
Her dil ko samajhne key khatir!
Bus khud se lerna perta hai!
Kaabhi khud ko khona perta hai!
Kaabhi chup kay roona perta hai!
Kaabhi nind na aye pholon Pay!
Kantoon pay bhe sona perta hai!
Kaabhi marr kay jena perta hai!
Kaabhi G kay marna perta hai!
Kaabhi to khushian loot k aaeen ge!
Is aass pay jena perta hai…!!!
